In-Stock Jewelry

In-stock jewelry orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Special Orders

Some of our jewelry is available for special order. These pieces are ordered specifically for you and typically require approximately 4–6 weeks for fulfillment before shipping.

If your order contains both in-stock and special-order items, please contact us if you would like to discuss separate shipping arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry must remain in its original, unopened, sealed packaging to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Jewelry that has been removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
